  2. This is amazing advice. I had read so many forums and different kinds of methods so I was just confused at this point. But literally after forty minutes of doing this he’s silent, sound asleep and comfy with his favorite blanky. My neighbors and I thank you 🙏

    1. @McCann Dog Training my puppy would be downstairs, while I’m sleeping upstairs. I don’t think my parents would allow the crate to be upstairs somewhere near me. But I can try asking them.

  6. It’s 2:45 a.m. right now as I’m writing this. I haven’t slept in almost three nights with my new 5 month old puppy. I was doing everything right (or so I thought). Crate open during the day with random treats, feeding meals in the crate, lots of exercise, and not responding to whining from inside the crate. I was getting desperate and frustrated. Sleeping next to him worked the first night but tonight it was nonstop whining and digging for 5+ hours. I followed the advice in your video, and in less than 10 minutes (with probably 30+ repetitions) my dog is calm, quiet, and sleeping in his crate. Thank you so so much for this.

  9. Thankyou so much it 12:30am I’ve been trying to calm my puppy Down for 30 minutes ( he hates his kennel and he hates being by himself) this helped me so much it’s only been 5 minutes and he’s already sound asleep

  14. This worked like a damn charm. My cane corso puppy was literally screeching like someone was hitting her. I put her in the bedroom and hooked up the leash, we got to sleep in less than ten minutes.

  18. i’m here because i got my puppy 2 days ago and last night i only got 30 minutes of sleep, right now it’s the second night at 5 am and he’s still crying and barking

  20. it’s 6 in the morning and he can’t sleep because of a storm outside, i moved his crate near me (because he has separation anxiety, especially when there’s a storm) and he has been barking and whining for the past hour. i’m going to try this, thank you!
