  4. My newest dog is so adorable about his crate. He has picked up all these little signals that it is about to be crate time. My favorite is when I use a remote to turn off the air conditioner before bed. He can look dead asleep on the couch or wherever but the second he hears that beep he hops off the couch and RUNS into his crate. I like to say I have a remote control doggy. A few times we forgot to close the crate door at night because he does everything but close the door. And now I am thinking how to train him to do that too, hahaha;)

    2. Zak, i want to see video of you poty train your dogs daily, i have my dogs for months now and his still poty in the house, even if i had already taken him out..

  7. Puppy crate training done easy: Keep the puppy in a room with a hard floor with a crate containing a blanket or pillow, play with her and feed her till she gets tired. If the crate is the only comfortable place she will go there and of course praise her. Repeat and she’ll be crated trained in a matter of days.

I got a 5 month old pup your videos literally saved me from selling her my parents said if she keeps up all that stuff like barking chewing everything and play bites we won’t be able to keep her I watched all the dog training vids nothing worked then I found your videos within a month my dog quit her bad habits and we got to keep her I truly love you and you saved my dog thank you sooooooooo much

    4. When i was young my mother did the same thing. Constantly berate my pup whenever something she didn’t like happened but LOVED him when he behaved. Some parents just suck, willingly make their child anxious and just expect a pup to know how to be. He became the most well behaved but too smart for his own good dog I ever had.

  9. i thought i should share my experience ! my new Frenchie has some pretty serious separation anxiety so i just threw some of mine and my wife’s clothes in their and that definitely helped out tremendously !

  10. My 6 week old chi puppy loves hanging out in his plastic crate bed. He goes there when he wants to sleep. I didn’t train him to go in there, he just did it on his own.

    4. Hi Zak, I rescued a maltese terrier mix 6 mo ago and she is now 2. However her story is homeless on the streets of P.R. for uncertain amount of time after their hurricane. She is so sweet,, loving and good….EXCEPT severe separation anxiety….and cant be left alone so I have to crate her when I go anywhere. My crate is similar to yours. She has CHEWED and destroyed that HARD PLASTIC TRAY…..in my last crate so in my new one, I took it out..and placed a soft mat plus toys. She always sees me come back and she’s 2, why isnt the separation anxiety calming down?? Also whats your opinion of OTC calming tablets SOLLIQUIN?? THANK YOU!!

    2. He probably could but that wouldn’t be practical. It’ll actually be really slow and boring to watch if you really want to see their learning progression, so it’s going to need a good amount of editing which will still give the impression that the dogs are fast learners and already well-trained.

    3. The stubborn ones you must treat them like prisoners of war, giving them bread and water and make sure they locked up 24/7 …… Rambo will come rescue them and they will get revenge on you!

  15. My dog hated her crate. It was a very secure metal crate, so no dogs could ever get out, right? That’s exactly what we thought. We went out for 8 hours one day and when we got home she greeted us at the door😂. She hasn’t been in her crate since. Now we use a baby gate and keep her in the kitchen

  16. my puppy isn’t active at all. she barely plays and then wants to sleep but as soon as she notices she’s in the crate she starts SCREAMING. i don’t know what to do

  18. Please help! Our 8 week old puppy won’t stop crying anytime we put him in his awesome playpen! He has everything he needs in there but wants to be with us 24/7! We both work and we need him to learn how to behave!

  19. My dog won’t go in unless I give her a million treats. Each night is a negotiation war. I am constantly putting in crazy high values treats to get her to go in the crate.
