  1. What can I do if my dog wants to flight and you are trapped and can’t make space how do you handle this situation.

    Can you untrain this behavior.

What way can i manage it.

    😢😢

  2. Have a water pistol now as the jumping when out is getting dangerous.just have to show her now as she goes to jump.made a big difference.

    1. Don’t just give the dog a bone to stop them from chewing. get their attention away from the furniture without the bone, with a “here” commando perhaps and when they accomplish this reward them with the bone

  3. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Your methods don’t work. What happens if you leave the house and the dog chews on the furniture. You can’t leave a bone out with the dog unsupervised 🤦🏻‍♂️

    1. It’s you who doesn’t understand how to use the methods u have to teach your dog that not chewing on furniture is more rewarding than doing so which takes time and persistence while u are going thro this process and still can’t trust your dog to not chew when left by themselves they need to be crated

    2. @Kaitlyn Lasota he is only showing people how to distract the dog away from chewing on the furniture. What happens when you have people who don’t crate their dog or if they decide to ignore what you give them and go at the furniture. Your not correcting the behavior your only temporarily redirecting it

    3. @BEAST MODE if they know their dog tends to eat furniture but they still dont crate their dog then they should say goodbye to their furniture before they leave the house

    4. @BEAST MODE you have to set your dog up for success if you want them to succeed otherwise youre just asking them to fail and eat your couch

    1. The entire dog training community has a problem with him because he is using outdated practices that don’t consider long-term emotional responses and associations which are likely to be problematic to say the least.

    2. @zakgeorge  I don’t know much about dog training. So my opinion on the subject is null n void and you can ignore my comment. But from what I’ve heard from a friend that went to his training course, his method has tremendously helped her and her fur baby. Outdated or not, his methods are working.

  4. I have a 50 pound dog. I would really love to know how to stop him from jumping on people when they come in the house. He gets so so excited. A water gun would not work. He loves water. He loves air blowing out of him. I’ve tried the canned air for the sound that hasn’t worked. I believe in positive training. If he’s NOT listening at all I do have a “no-no” room I put him in. Never more then 20 minutes. He is very smart. He throws trash, many regular commands. I drop something he grabs it for me.

So, how can I get the jumping stopped? Please help.
