Well, after a short intro to training class, we are doing some re-starts… I could use the external observation take as a way to reframe the skills.
I should add this:
You know how trainers say, “Dog training is a lot of training people?” I learned that just coordinating my leash moves and hands to do rapid-fire treats or redirection cues required SO MUCH focus and adjustment. I think Penny would have it down if I weren’t so clumsy!
It just speaks to the need for focus and intention!
