  1. How can I get my doggo to concentrate when I’m about to train her with treats. She just does all the tricks she knows one after the other hoping she might get it right lol

    4. Only reward the behavior that you asked for. I.e. if you say, “sit”, and the dog lays down or gives paw, say “no” in a neutral tone and have them stand up or stand them up and try again. And again. Remain neutral, once they do what you’re asking, such as sit, offer BIG reinforcement so they know that’s exactly what you were looking for. Repeat a 3-5 more times in a row so he is able to differentiate sit. Works for any trick

  3. that’s how i trained my dog how to roll over. whenever we play fetch, i ask her to do a trick before i throw the ball, so she practiced it a lot, and now anytime she wants anything she throws herself into a roll. sometimes if it doesn’t work, she just keeps rolling. she met a dog the other day, wanted to play with her, so she started rolling around. so ridiculous.

  4. I taught my dog to play dead by teaching him roll over then using his stay command while rolled over then once he learnt that I interchanged it for play dead. he is perfect at it now. Because my family got the dog off my younger step brothers family because of housing issues my younger brother, had no training at all no sit no stay nothing but he was at least 2 and a half years old it was hard but now he can high five, shake sit, stay, heel, come, eye contact, fetch, hug, roll over and play dead whose say you can’t teach a old dog new tricks he is now about 3 and a half.

    3. What should I do my dog is too smart. I move the treat the same way you do. He then switches sides and try’s to get the treat the other way. He is also trying not to fall over

    4. I’m having some troubles…. I just adopted a three legged buddy.. And I don’t think he’s comfortable when doing any of this. I mean it’s doable but I certainly don’t want to hurt him… Hmmmm thinking

    5. Same thing with mine, she looks at it, folows it a little and then realises she can just, turn her head and that’s what, she does. Kinda usles with my, dog this one but, I taught her to, sit, lie down, come, stay AND give me paw and other paw, on comand. And I mean legit, I say “paw” she does it and then I say “other paw” and that what she does. It’s all, thanks to this channel 👍😁

  12. What’s funny is that when I tried to teach my dog down, she decided to lay on on her side. So then I’m like, hmmm and taught her to roll over, now I’m working on play dead..

  15. Just tried this with my Patterdale terrier. He doesn’t lie down with his hips to one side – he patt splats on the floor with his legs like a squashed frog! 😆
