  1. Thank you for putting this out there. I wish more people would consider this. I hate seeing videos (or very rarely in real life) of people doing the leash pop. 😓 I think it’s kind of like the equivalent of slapping someone to get their attention, or punching them in the arm.

    1. How else are you supposed to correct a dog for choosing to leave you while they are on a leash? They goal is to teach the dog to not pull on the leash. You know how you do that?? With leash pressure. If you rely on treats to constantly be luring the dog into a heel the whole time. Whats gonna happen when you run out of treats or the dog locks onto to something much more interesting than the treats and they no longer respond to you? If you constantly have to use treats to get the dog to even do the behavior, they aren’t capturing or learning the behavior at all, they’re just following food and are getting it randomly.

  2. I love and support everything that you create but I’m really missing your weekly (ish) long-form content. Will you still be doing long-form content or have you switched to mostly/exclusively short-form? I know that Reels, Shorts, and TikTok have all put pressure on creators to keep things short but I really miss your deep dives. 💜

    1. @Zak George’s Dog Training RevolutionYour breaks are well-deserved! You do so much to help us all. 😊 I can’t wait for tomorrow’s video! 💜

  3. If you are not in the financial market space right now, you are making a huge mistake. I understand that it could be due to ignorance, but if you want to make your money work for you, prevent inflation from eroding your savings, build generational wealth, and cultivate good habits and financial knowledge, you must be in the market.

    1. Same here, I have made $12,400 profit on investment since I started trading with Arthur Winston,he’s really a good broker.I have earn lots of profit investing with him.

    2. After watching so many YouTube tutorials videos about trading i was still making losses until Arthur Winston started managing my investment now, i make $6,800 weekly. God bless Arthur Winston, his been a blessing to my family.

  4. I use long leashes all of the time, I think they are great. Dog gets the same freedom of being off leash, and I, handler, stilll have some control.
For instance, my boy was running with his momma and his aunt the other day on a farm. Baby boy decided that it would be a good idea to grab a duck with his mouth.
At one point the duck managed to escape and all I had to do was put my foot on the leash to prevent any further escalation. Although startled and traumatized, young duckling survived to see another day thanks to the long line!

  5. I’m sorry, but the real way to teach A dog. Loose lead walking is with a balanced dog trainer and a slip Lead or a 2.25 Millimeter Herm Springer prompt caller.

    1. I appreciate your viewpoint, @skyler3996, but I would like to offer a different perspective based on the latest scientific understanding of dog behavior and learning.

While some trainers do use tools like slip leads or prong collars as part of a so-called “balanced” approach, there’s a growing consensus among experts that positive reinforcement techniques are equally effective, if not more so, for teaching loose-leash walking. These methods focus on rewarding the dog for desirable behavior (like staying close and not pulling), which encourages them to repeat it.

Moreover, using equipment that can cause discomfort or pain has potential downsides. Not only can they cause physical harm, but they can also lead to negative emotional responses, potentially making walks stressful for the dog and possibly even exacerbating behavioral issues.

    2. @Zak George’s Dog Training Revolution If balance training isn’t as good as positive reinforcement. Then why did my dog when I Followed your methods for a year Then why did my dog bite A 10 year old boy. Then whenever I went to a balanced dog trainer instead of a positive reinforcement dog trainer. Then my dog never Try to bite another person and actually learned how to walk on a leash.
