What a creative idea!
Will the online course cover how to handle resource guarding or aggressive behavior step by step? Thanks for the great video! π
Yep! It sure does!
@Canine Performance Great! Thank you!
Good tip. Cheap tricks always help.
My husband and I rescued a Pit Bull back in Feb and we keep him on a leash at all times. The mouthiness has improved tremendously, but we still have many behavior issues to work on.
I like this tip!
Hey Natalie! So your channel beneficial for me bc I am a dog walker and people want me to train their dogs, which we know a lot of that is owner training. They see their dog is amazing for me yet yanks them around and that’s how my training business started out of a dog walking business. I like to find good clear videos that show similar training styles I use for my clients to watch for recaps and maybe I will learn something too! I recently shared a video of yours on my facebook (I use it for my dog business) in hopes some of my clients would see it π I love the e collar videos, I do an off leash pack walk and have most dogs trained on e collar. I walk a deaf dog who is trained on a vibration e collar too π Thank you for your content, even if I didn’t really learn new dog behavior information, you communicate very clearly and that is most helpful for me, to share to my clients the information.
Thanks so much for the kind words! You might really enjoy my online training platform if you havenβt already checked it out :

Really good, I just grab collar to redirect or move away or move to kennel. If you could show some situations of this guiding doggie at times………
Thanks! Im gonna try this, my dog recently started not only barking at the door when the doorbell rings but also opening it. With a leash already attached I can correct him better, easier and faster.πππ€
she’s really pretty…
Nontheless big fan of you and your work
Much support from South Africa πΏπ¦
GRRReat tip!
Wow that changed my life! Who would have known? Just leave a leash on!
What kind of dog do you have?! I have a rescue dog who looks exactly the same!
Great idea π‘ Iβll use this when the kids have there friends over π
Great tip. Thank you very much for sharing.
I did this when i first got my dog. Took a nap, she got stuck under a chair and gnawed it off. Im glad she knew to free herself. Turns out shes super sweet, smart and listens when I tell her something is off limits. ππ½
I used a light leash on my GSDβs as puppyβs when I got each one to teach βleave itβ and other various commands, it worked wonderful. My dogs never chased the cats, and it made the cats and dogs coexistence so much better. The video is a great, basic teaching lesson. I suggest it to clients I work with all the tine.
Maybe because of my english level I couldn’t understand how to use it. Could one of you explain how? Thanks!
I have a 9 week old German Shepherd, and the first thing I did was give him a house line. Best decision I ever made. It has helped so much with training and redirecting. Also it has helped with walks. He doesnβt pull on the leash at all, and walks perfectly beside me.
If I am using a prong collar for walks and such, should I use that at home too? Or switch to a flat collar instead?
Thanks for the advice.mucho isn’t fighting the lease as much when I’m taking him for his walks.
