Weekly Manners Membership

Training manners can sometimes get put on the back burner when there are so many other things to do and train. The idea behind this program is to motivate not just pet dog owners but also trainers and those competing in sports to work more on their dog’s manners. Working on manners in training sessions instead of just managing the situations as they happen makes living together more enjoyable and less stressful for both dogs and humans.

Here is a list of the 20 tutorials:

  1. What a great video! I love how you help so many people and dogs to have better lives. I also enjoyed the cameo with Pam and Wynnie. <3 Thank you for sharing.

  2. Everything but bloody guests over! I can’t break that habit as I have terribly behaved in-laws re-enforcing bad behaviours 🙁

Very happy with her door etiquette though 🙂

  3. My dog does have all of these manners and it’s all thanks to you, Kikopup! She is a service animal, goes to work and restaurants with me, and everyone remarks at how she’s the most well trained dog they have ever seen. Every time I’m asked for advice, my instant response is, “have you tried clicker training?” I’m so shocked that 9 times out of ten they haven’t.

Thank you Kikopup for this fantastic relationship I have with my pup of 3 years. You’ve given me and my dog a new lease on life. I can say hands down that your methods easily work when followed the way you show. It’s so easy and you can tell the dogs have fun learning with your teachings. After laying the foundation, my dog still responds perfectly after nearly three years of applying your genius communication skills!

  4. Hi Emily! I have an aggression problem with my dog. She becomes really upset when she’s on her bed or is playing or eating something that she loves very much and we get closer to her. I’m still trying to work on this problem progressively but yesterday everything fell apart… I was trying to introduce the toothbrushing starting with a gauze in my finger. I started by touching her left tusk and everything was okay, but when I moved to de right one, suddenly she bit my hand. It hurts a lot, most emotionally than physically. She is 3 years and 9 months right now. She always been like this, since she was born. Can you please tell me what can I do to fix her aggressivity? I would really appreciate it

  5. Hello Kikopup, I have an important question as a customer (Applicable to everyone) for you.

Most dogs in your videos are working dogs – Are the training methods still applicable to for example, spitz breed who are generally motivated differently and stubborn / independent? (Think Husky, Samoyed, Eskimos). If so, would you have any tip for these breeds as I’m sure same training methods can’t be the most efficient one for each breed.

  6. I love your methods! I’ve watched almost all of your videos and have used your techniques to train my dogs and they’re just perfect. We brought Theo (my oldest) to puppy class and he had always mastered the commands before our instructor taught them. He was the great example dog 😀

  7. Kikopup, help! We took my dog camping over the weekend and he has never tasted human food, but he got into chips and oreos and destroyed the packages and now he is obsessed! :[

  8. This is just awesome. I watched quite a few videos from American dog trainers today, most of them were horrible with heavy punishment and forcing the dogs to do things…. this is just so much nicer to look at and exactly the way i train my dogs… gave me some nice ideas what to train next anyways.
